Return – Replacement of Products
You have the right to return the products you have purchased and/or request their replacement, within fourteen (14) calendar days,
On "made to order" items, returns are not accepted.
In the items that are in the "protective equipment/gloves" category, e.g. guest robes, caps, fabric and paper masks, etc. returns are not accepted, for hygiene reasons.
In all cases in which there is proven fault of MERTZANIDIS STORES MON. IKE you can return – exchange a product in one of our stores for free or have us collect it from your premises at our expense.
In all cases in which the customer is at fault, or concerns a change of mind, the return is made with your own means of transport, or with the means of transport of your choice, at your own expense.
Before sending the return, you should contact us at the customer service department info@mertzanidis.gr or contact 2114119594 .
In any case, a necessary condition for the return/replacement to be possible is that the products have not been used, are in the condition they were received, complete, together with all the parts and accessories that accompany them and without damage, their packaging is the one that normally accompanies them and be in excellent condition.
Refund in cases of Product Return:
In cases of product returns, the refund is made in one of the following ways:
by canceling your credit card charge or
with refund via bank account deposit.
The shipping costs you paid to receive your order are non-refundable.
